Four Townhouse Purchase

A long standing client of First Point Group recently contacted us to purchase four town houses on one block.

Challenges Faced

Purchase of a block with four or more dwellings on one title will normally require commercial lending, which is generally more expensive than residential lending.

Outcome

Fortunately as each town house had their own separate Title, we were able to negotiate finance at very competitive residential interest rates and fees.

The client was very happy with this outcome.
