Commercial Loan – Release of Owner Occupied Home

A business Client wishing to release their home property from the security supporting their existing business lending.

Challenges Faced

The current Lender was not proactive and not initially comfortable to allow the release of the Client’s home property.

Outcome

Following pressure from First Point Group, which meant the threat of losing the business, the Lender agreed to release the home from the security and also reduced the interest rates and fees for the business facilities.

The Client and his Accountant were very happy with the outcome.
